Welcome to Smiles and Breathe, a quiet space where healing begins with a single breath and a gentle smile.
This space is lovingly dedicated to my beautiful mother, who possessed a brilliant sense of humor and a witty mind, though life’s hardships rarely gave her reason to smile. If I could turn back time, I would do anything to bring her joy and see her smile more often. Toward the end of her life, she found comfort in yoga and meditation. In those final tender moments, with each breath and stillness, she discovered a quiet grace, and sometimes, even a smile.
Through my own 23 years of practice, I’ve learned that healing begins with the simplest things: breath, gentle movement, presence, and the courage to smile again.
Here, I share gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindful practices for all ages, especially for those navigating injury, entering midlife, or seeking wholeness.
